A maternity photoshoot with Andrea Edwards Photography in Dudley is a truly wonderful way to celebrate and capture the beauty of your pregnancy. Whether this is your first child or you already have little ones, bringing new life into the world is a remarkable journey that absolutely deserves to be documented.
For the best results, these sessions are ideally scheduled from around 28 weeks into your pregnancy. At this stage, your gorgeous bump is beautifully showcased. To make you feel at ease, I provide a range of dresses and outfits to choose from and offer guidance on selecting the best wardrobe for your session. My approach is classic and timeless, focusing on highlighting this incredibly special time for you and your family.
When it comes to the location, you have options! Your maternity photoshoot can take place at my cozy studio in Dudley or outdoors at a favourite location that holds meaning for you. In the studio, there’s a variety of backdrops to enhance your photos, and I can even incorporate a digital backdrop to create an image that’s uniquely yours. During your one-hour session, everything revolves around you. With time for a couple of outfit changes, you’ll walk away with a stunning selection of images to cherish.
Moreover, Dad and/or older siblings are more than welcome to join in some of the photos if you wish. Including them during your maternity photoshoot not only adds a personal touch but also provides a wonderful opportunity for them to bond with the newest member of the family before their arrival.

MATERNITY PRICING
Opt for either a standalone maternity session or the comprehensive ‘Bump to Birth’ package. A maternity session highlights this special time for you and your family, with the option to include your partner and siblings for a truly meaningful experience.
For a more complete journey, the ‘Bump to Birth’ package combines a 1-hour maternity session with a 3-hour newborn session, offering the Silver Collection to capture both milestones beautifully.
To secure your booking, a £50 deposit is all that’s required.

YOUR MATERNITY PHOTOSHOOT QUESTIONS
Do you supply the outfits?
I have some outfits available for the use during the photoshoot – please contact me to discuss styles and sizes. You are also welcome to bring your own.
When should I book my maternity photoshoot?
The maternity photoshoot should take place when you are 28 weeks or more into your pregnancy, so you can make the booking as soon as you know how far along you are, although I recommend waiting until after your 20 week scan. Probably best not to book it too close to your due date though!
Do I need to take my clothes off?
No! You can wear as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.
Do I need to do anything to prepare for the photoshoot?
Full details will be emailed you you a week prior to the photoshoot.
Can Dad and/or older siblings be included in some of the maternity photos?
Definitely! However if you are bringing young children along I do request that you also bring another adult to look after the children as you’ll be busy posing!
