HOW IT WORKS
Pregnancy is a beautiful thing – capture that beauty with a professional maternity photoshoot by Andrea Edwards Photography. Whether it’s your first or you already have children, you are bringing new life into this world and that truely deserves to be commemorated.
Maternity photography is ideal for ladies from 30 weeks onwards, so you can showcase that gorgeous bump. I have a selection of dresses for you to use but I will guide you on the best things to wear for the session.
Maternity photoshoots can take place in my studio, at your home or outdoors at a favourite location.
Dad and/or older siblings can also be included in some of the photos if desired – in fact this can be an amazing opportunity for them to bond with the newest member of the family before arrival.
Andrea has done my bump and newborn pictures. Everyone has commented on how beautiful they are, I couldn’t fault the service we received and made me and my baby feel comfortable and myself confident during our session. Would highly recommend and can’t wait to do a cake smash for my little girl.
To keep things simple I only have a single maternity package. If you book a ‘Bump to Birth’ photo shoot the maternity session is reduced to £100.
A £50 deposit secures your booking.
- UP TO 1 HOUR STUDIO TIME
- 8 HIGH RESOLUTION DIGITAL IMAGES
- 1 PRINT ON PRO-LUSTRE PAPER (8″ x 6″)
We had a photo shoot with Andrea and it was brilliant. She was very patient with both children and captured some excellent photos. Thank you so much!
Do you supply the outfits?
I have some outfits available for the use during the photoshoot – please contact me to discuss styles and sizes. You are also welcome to bring your own.
When should I book my maternity photoshoot?
The maternity photoshoot should take place when you are 30 weeks or more into your pregnancy, so you can make the booking as soon as you know how far along you are, although I recommend waiting until after your 20 week scan. Probably best not to book it too close to your due date though!
Do I need to take my clothes off?
No! You can wear as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.
Do I need to do anything to prepare for the photoshoot?
Full details will be emailed you you a week prior to the photoshoot.
Can Dad and/or older siblings be included in some of the maternity photos?
Definitely! However if you are bringing young children along I do request that you also bring another adult to look after the children as you’ll be busy posing!
